I am a Single Mom who works full time as a Paramedic. Cooking is my Xanax.I am addicted to Food Network. I love to use fresh veggies and herbs but I an not a snob about it. If I can buy something premade that is as good as what I make then I will. I frequently spruce up store-bought items and call them my own without guilt.
