Summer they will bolt and go to seed. You can keep them trimmed to slow the process, but the will eventually go to seed. To Hillary, be careful about the mint, it is very invasive and will take over your garden. You are best planting it in a place where you don't care what it does. I would not plant it in my herb garden per say. <BR/>The eggs look absolutely delicious, and perfectly done.
